Contemporary hospitality design and quality craftsmanship come together in this project for the Capri Hotel at 181 South Bridge Road / 18, 20 & 22 Cross Street. The interior fitting-out works were carried out to create stylish, functional, and comfortable guestrooms that reflect the hotel’s modern design concept while providing an exceptional guest experience in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District.

The scope of works comprised the interior fitting-out of guestrooms, together with the supply and installation of ceiling and partition systems, acoustic ceilings, and wall lining works. Executed with meticulous attention to detail, the project required close coordination with the main contractor, consultants, and various trades to ensure seamless integration with the overall construction programme while maintaining stringent quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
