Job Opportunities

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, control, execute and close projects within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.
  • To supervise a crew of carpenters in achieving production targets to meet project deadline.
  • Perform quality check and ensure furniture are fabricated accordingly to construction drawing.
  • Review drawings, design notes, and critical specifications.
  • Attend site meetings, inspections, monitor and report of project progress.
  • Liaise and coordinate with related parties (e.g., authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers etc.) through regular meetings to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and delivery schedule.
  • Supervision at project site to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure that staff and contractors carry out work in a safe manner.
  • Monitor daily progress at project site.
  • Report to management team on project status.
  • Ensure up to date claims, obtaining approval for variations order and prepare for billing.
  • Ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with sub contractors for all project matters
  • Communicate with clients and manage their expectations
  • Oversee quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications andindustry standards.
  • Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover of completed projects to clients.
  • Assists in promoting good team morale and team spirit in the project team
  • Ensure all safety regulations are observed at all work sites

Responsibilities:

  • Review and coordinate M&E drawings with architectural and interior design plans to avoid clashes.
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.
  • Monitor site works to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Arrange and attend coordination meetings with design and site teams; follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Assist in submission to relevant authorities and ensure timely approvals.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
  • Maintain documentation such as shop drawings, as-built drawings, and method statements.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Oversight (M&E and Fire Protection)
    Assist in reviewing M&E and fire protection designs and submissions.
  • Supervise installation works, support testing & commissioning, and coordinate authority inspections.
  • Monitor compliance with SCDF/BCA codes and assist in the FSC and TOP process.


Interior Fit-Out / Carpentry Works:

  • Supervise a team of carpenters and ensure production targets are met.
  • Perform quality checks to verify fabrication and installation of furniture/fixtures inaccordance with construction drawings.
  • Coordinate joinery and finishing works for interior fit-out.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders and projects.
  • Prepare for tender submission and follow-up with Tender Questionnaires reply and Interview.
  • Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner.
  • Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
  • Other QS duties as assigned from time to time

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate detailed architectural drawings.
  • Liaise effectively with Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and Suppliers.
  • Oversee all phases of the architectural process, from design to completion.
  • Organise, document, and monitor architectural coordination, work progress, variation orders, and certification of completed works for assigned projects
