Established since 1991, Lincotrade has expanded into an integrated interior fitting-out solutions specialist with an established track record in commercial, hospitality premises as well as showflats and sales galleries.
About Us
At Lincotrade, we have completed over 200 projects and have consistently and successfully delivered projects to our customers’ satisfaction. Our customers include major private property developers and construction companies in Singapore.
With the growth of our business activities, we purchased an industrial property in Singapore with a gross land area of 5,490.41m², and set up our own in-house processing facility. Our office space and workers’ dormitory are also housed within the same premises.

Established Lincotrade & Associates in Singapore
Obtained the CW01 Workhead (Construction – General Building) and CR06 Workhead (Interior Decoration and Finishing Works) L4 grade registration, enabling it to provide construction-related services in the public sector.
Commenced the manufacturing, processing and assembling of Carpentry Products at our own processing facility.
Obtained ISO 9001:2008 certificate for Quality Management Systems.
Target also obtained OHSAS 18001: 2007 certification for Occupational Safety & Health Management System.
Target upgraded from L4 grade to L5 grade under the CR06 Workhead enabling it to tender for projects of a higher value.
Obtained General Builder Licence Class 1 enabling us to perform general building works of unlimited value.
Fitting-out, ceiling and partition works for Marina Bay Sands Singapore, with a total contract sum of approximately S$6.8 million.
Obtained Certificate of Appreciation from the Port of Singapore Authority, for attainment of good safety record.
Obtained bizSAFE Level Star from the Workplace Safety and Health Council of Singapore for Compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Standards.
Obtained Singapore Green Label for Sustainable Woods from the Singapore Environmental Council.
Obtained ISO 9001:2008 certificate for Quality Management Systems.
Obtained OHSAS 18001: 2007 certification for Occupational Safety & Health Management System.
Obtained ISO 14001: 2015 certification for Environmental Management System.
Obtained ISO 18001: 2007 certification for Occupational Safety & Health Management System.

Upgraded from L5 grade to L6 grade under the CR06 Workhead, which permits tendering for public projects with no tendering limits.

Completion of interior fitting-out, partitioning and ceiling works at CapitaSpring with a total contract sum of approximately S$17.3 million.
Obtained ME05 workhead and L2 grading to undertake M&E works.
