Located within One Punggol, Singapore’s integrated community hub, this project involved the addition and alteration works for a new National Kidney Foundation (NKF) Dialysis Centre. Designed to improve accessibility to specialised renal care, the facility provides a modern, patient-centred environment that supports quality treatment while serving the growing healthcare needs of the surrounding community.

The scope of works comprised the addition and alteration work, architectural fit-out, interior finishes, consultation and treatment areas, support facilities, and associated building works required for the specialised operation of a dialysis centre. Executed within an operational mixed-use community development, the project demanded meticulous planning, close coordination with the client, consultants, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with neighbouring facilities while maintaining stringent quality, safety, and programme requirements throughout the construction process.
