The refurbishment focused on modernising key guest areas, including the upgrading of the swimming pool and surrounding facilities, to create a refreshed, comfortable, and contemporary living environment for both business and leisure travellers.

The scope of works comprised comprehensive architectural upgrading and interior refurbishment works, including the replacement of finishes, enhancement of common areas, upgrading of recreational facilities, and associated improvement works carried out within an operational hospitality environment.
